01
Hydrate & Sleep Well
Drink plenty of water the day before and get a full night of rest. A hydrated body holds ink better and heals faster.
02
Eat a Balanced Meal
Eat a solid meal 1 to 2 hours before your session. Your blood sugar needs to be stable — especially for longer sessions.
03
Wear Comfortable Clothing
Dress so the placement area is easy to access. Loose, comfortable clothing makes the session more relaxed for both of us.
04
Avoid Alcohol & Blood Thinners
No alcohol for at least 24 hours before your appointment. Avoid aspirin and ibuprofen as they thin the blood and affect the session.
05
Arrive on Time
I dedicate the full day to one client. Arriving on time means we have the full session to focus on your piece without rushing.
06
Come Relaxed
A calm and relaxed body makes the process easier. If it is your first tattoo or you are nervous, just let me know — we will take it at your pace.
