We did not have an appointment, but I knew we had to get our tattoo from Saul. Even though he had a very busy schedule, he made accommodations for us to make sure we left Sacramento with his wonderful art piece with us. Saul made us feel very comfortable in all senses: changing the music to our liking, making sure periodically how we were doing while being tattooed.
